After sports high school and one year at the university in Finland and some medals at Finnish Junior Nationals, I skied and studied 4 years in the US at the Division 1 with 2nd place at NCAA Championships (National Collegiate Athletic Association Championships) as my highest result.
After returning to Europe, I skied my first Ski Classics races in 2020 in Toblach-Cortina and Vasaloppet. I really enjoyed the longer races and have always liked double poling, so I wanted to see what I can achieve in the sport. Now, I have skied two full seasons in Ski Classics with 4th place from La Diagonela as my best result. I am very motivated to see what we can achieve with the team and I hope to fight for higher placements the upcoming season.
